"By registering for an ARC ensemble, I hereby grant Adult Recreational Choirs (ARC) the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, and distribute audio/visual media of me, for use in connection with the activities of the organization or for promoting, publicizing or explaining the organization or its activities. This includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images on ARC websites, reports, publications and promotional materials, such as marketing, publications, advertisements, fund-raising materials, social media, and more. These images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media available to ARC."
